Love Longreads, and the app is great. Latest version has all the bugs worked out. I spend too much time on these great articles.

crashes constantly. very buggy. hasnt been updated in over a year. im guessing the developers gave up after Apple introduced the new News app, which is a shame. i used to like this one much better :/

If youre politically moderate, skip this app. Most of the featured articles are so far left they alienate mainstream readers. After six months I couldnt stomach the blather and deleted the app.

I love the Longform app and usually rave about it. But lately it has had some bugs. Its always had problems updating the articles automatically, and now it will show only two articles and then nothing. Its a shame.

I love Longform. Love it! However, I have loaded it on my IPad more than a few times, trying to fix the numerous small problems. I believe its the interface, navigating, whatever ...often freezes up. Please fix the App. I would pay money for these great national and international articles. JE

Finally a news app that doesnt think it is smarter than you.

Love the content but app is constantly crashing. Cant read articles because it is constantly freezing and crashing. Hope they fix it soon as previous version of the app was excellent. Love the long articles and for those complaining about left leaning content, you have the ability to follow specific news sources or authors so you can tailor the content to your liking.

Hows about updating the app for iOS 9/10?

The app that needs to be deleted every eight hours and re-downloaded again.

When it works, the apps content is amazing. Since the recent OS upgrade, this app works poorly.

Love Longform, but the app is super buggy on my iPhone 6S+. Basically unusable. Feed looks blank most of the time and fails to update -- please fix!

My 5 stars say it all. My only, and I mean only complaint is the need to uninstall and reinstall to be able to access my current favorites. I would also like to be able to search by date.

Best curation of in depth long read articles ever.

This is an amazing app for receiving well written articles and not just social media garbage But the app has issues - my feed and the Staff List articles dont populate and havent for a little while This is really frustrating!

The "Popular" story lineup has not changed for 7 or 8 days. Same stories, same order. What gives? This has been a great source for good journalistic and critical pieces. Hope it revives soon. If not, R.I.P.

The content is great, and for several years, this has been my go-to app for reading. However, lately when I select a story, something completely different opens. The only way to find the correct story is to go to the web site and open it there. At first I thought it was a random glitch, but it has become the norm.

I used this app weekly for over a year. Phenomenal. But over the last 3 months the app has completely collapsed. Popular articles no longer update, staff picks update randomly, and bugs everywhere. Ive contacted support but to no avail. Im assuming they have lost support for the app, which I hate to see go. It was a gem.

It seems this app is no longer maintained. I really enjoyed it for finding great reads but a lot of the functionality is not working as intended. For example, the trending articles remain constant for a week or more and do not update.

Love the app - easily one of my faves. But Ive noticed an issue where new stories dont refresh as expected. For example, under "popular," Im seeing the same set of stories from a few weeks ago. Theyre not refreshing to whats new. Halp! I need my longform fix back.
