App has Totally Collapsed

I used this app weekly for over a year. Phenomenal. But over the last 3 months the app has completely collapsed. Popular articles no longer update, staff picks update randomly, and bugs everywhere. Ive contacted support but to no avail. Im assuming they have lost support for the app, which I hate to see go. It was a gem.
