Locked out

When I try to go into publishers the app constantly crashes. Going into following or anywhere else it does the same thing it becomes unresponsive and then crashes.
When I tried to send a mail through the app on informing them of the problem locked up. iOS 9.3.2 iPhone 6 Plus
